St Anne's is a Victorian town house built at the end of the 19th century. It has served as a guest house for many years, mainly under the ownership of the same family over three generations. From 2008 it will be under new ownership but still locally owned, so that the same standards of service will continue.
Many of Oban's local amenities are close by and within easy walking distance including leisure centre, tennis courts, McCaig's tower, the cinema and town centre. We are also conveniently situated for buses, trains and ferries. Parking is available in a pay and display car park at the end of the road which is free between 6pm and 9am. We aim to provide a good standard of comfortable accommodation in a warm and friendly atmosphere and send you on your way rested and well fed. Families are most welcome and we can provide folding beds, guest beds or a cot to accommodate the whole family.

Arbour Guest House is a comfortable Victorian Villa adjoining the Gathering Restaurant and O'Donnell's Irish Pub. The accommodation is situated within the town centre and easy distance of shops, the ferry terminal and the train station.
The Guest House has seven letting rooms, all comfortably furnished, with colour T.V., complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, and a hairdryer in each room.

We are situated in a beautiful country location, but still only minutes away from Oban Town Centre.
